Who we are

Kvell Code is the trading name used by an individual developer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build small SaaS tools, plugins, and utility apps. Contact: [email protected].

What you are buying

Most of our products are digital: software licenses, plugin downloads, hosted SaaS accounts, or template files. The specific scope of what you get is described on each product page. Read the product page before you buy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles the transaction, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. Their terms also apply to your purchase. Paddle's terms are at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Local taxes will be added where applicable.

Licenses and use

• You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for the purpose described on its landing page.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product unless its specific terms allow it.
• You may not remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own.
• If you bought a single-site or single-user license, do not use it across more sites or users than the license allows.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for unused or substantially defective products. The full refund policy, including exceptions, is on our refund policy page.

Support

Support scope varies by product. Some products include email support for a defined period; others are sold as-is. Check the product page for details. General support questions go to [email protected] and we aim to reply within two business days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use any product or the website to:

• Break the law in your country or ours.
• Attack, scrape, or overload the site or any hosted service.
• Reverse-engineer the software except where local law explicitly allows it.
• Use the product to send spam, malware, or anything that would harm other users.

We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Warranties and limits

We test our products before release, but software has bugs. The products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is capped at the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not permit such exclusions.

Third-party services

Some products integrate with third-party platforms (WordPress, hosting providers, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for the behaviour, uptime, or pricing of those third parties.

Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on abrarqasim.com belong to Kvell Code unless otherwise stated. You can quote short excerpts for reviews or commentary; you cannot copy whole pages or republish our products.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email where appropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be handled by the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless the law in your country requires otherwise.
