Refund Policy

This is the general refund policy for Kvell Code products. Each product we sell has its own product-specific refund terms on its landing page. Where the two differ, the product-specific terms apply for that product.

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If a product does not work as described, or you bought it by mistake, we will usually refund you. The details are below.

The 14-day rule

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following are true:

Most requests are handled within two business days. Once approved, Paddle (our payment processor) will issue the refund to the original payment method. The money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Bugs and broken products

If a product is not working, please give us a chance to fix it before asking for a refund. A short bug report with steps to reproduce the issue helps a lot. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs both sides time and money, and Paddle may suspend service while they investigate. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes the consumer rights you have under the law in your country. EU and UK customers in particular keep their statutory rights regardless of what this page says.
