This is the general privacy policy that covers Kvell Code and the abrarqasim.com website. Each product we sell has its own product-specific privacy notice on its landing page, which takes precedence over this document for that product.

Kvell Code ("we", "us") is operated by an individual developer based in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit abrarqasim.com or buy one of our products, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The data we hold falls into a few buckets:

Contact info you give us — your name and email address when you buy a product, request support, or sign up for a mailing list.
Payment info — handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not see or store your card details. We only receive a transaction record (amount, product, country, last four digits of the card).
Basic site analytics — pages visited, browser type, approximate location based on IP, and referrer. This is aggregated and used to understand which products people care about.
Support correspondence — any emails you send us, kept so we can keep track of your case and improve future products.

How we use it

To deliver the product or service you bought, including license keys and download links.
To respond to support questions.
To send occasional product updates if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To meet tax and accounting obligations (Paddle handles most of this on our behalf as Merchant of Record).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles to retarget you.

Who else touches your data

A few third parties are involved when you buy from us. They each have their own privacy policies:

Paddle — payment processing and tax handling. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for our products.
Email provider — used to send transactional emails such as receipts and license keys.
Hosting provider — stores the website and any product files you download.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies, mostly for analytics and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. If your region requires a cookie banner, you will see one and you can decline non-essential cookies.

How long we keep your data

Order records are kept for as long as legally required for tax purposes (usually five to seven years, depending on jurisdiction). Support emails are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Children

Our products are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the UAE, but our hosting, email, and payment providers may store data in the EU, UK, or US. By using our services, you accept that your data may be processed in those regions.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify customers by email. Older versions are available on request.
